A new distraction besides the handhelds?
Many people do not think about the distractions outside of the car. The example used in the article I read is the digital billboard. The thing that my table thought was ironic was that some of these digital billboards was that some are telling the driver to drive safe.
RedEye mini
This is an application for the iPhone that is a universal remote for virtually all of your home theater equipment. This connector that plugs in to your earphone plug of the iPhone is 45 dollars. The reviews are positive, and I think that this is a really convenient thing to have.
Logitech app for iPhone
This application that Logitech has put out is a mouse and keyboard for most if not all PC and Mac products. This application is free and it it's main purpose is so that a keyboard and mouse will not have to be dragged into a separate room when a projector is being used. It can also of course be used for generic needs.

New 1080p video for Canon
There is now a new camera that has come out from Canon that has the capability of 1080p video. I am a true user of Nikon and I often do not consider Canon. I believe that they are trying to compete with the new Nikon's that have been coming out.
Google Buzz
Google Buzz is a really cool new addition to Gmail. By adding this Google Buzz to the addition of Google applications, they are opening their appeal to the more modern generation. This is also another step towards easier communication.

iGoogle
I really enjoy iGoogle because it has everything in one central hub. It is visually pleasing and has many useful applications on it. You can change your theme and settings of your page.
